Sydney Social 101 has been advised that there are only four spots left to learn the art of sushi and sashimi with Kenji Nishinakagawa, Sydney’s foremost sushi artist From Kenji at Opera Kitchen.
Students will learn how to prepare ingredients, make sushi rolls, choose and slice fish and the art of presentation. Finish off the class with a glass of wine and your Kenji creations.
