Joey Negro (UK) Extended Disco Set – Saturday 5th October – FREE ENTRY
Well-established as one of Sydney’s best-kept secrets, The Soda Factory proves again that it’s also a purveyor of the finest secret sounds – as they proudly present one of the world’s most notorious crate-diggers… the legendary Joey Negro!
This Labour Day long weekend, Saturday October 5th, the master of all things disco will shake things up at the Soda Factory with an ultra rare extended disco-only set (minimum 3 hours).
Joey Negro, the modest, hugely talented and more than a little quirky alter-ego of David Lee, is one of the most commercially successful and in-demand artists on the global scene. Famed for his eclectic and mind-blowing live sets, Joey was recently hailed by I-DJ Magazine as one of the 50 most influential people in the history of dance music.
Don’t miss him performing exclusively at The Soda Factory. Best part is, they are open ‘til 5am and it’s free.
The Soda Factory owner Graham Cordery said of the gig “We don’t believe in charging a cover charge – we want people to feel like they’ve broken into our lounge room… and you don’t need to part with cash at the door for that!”
