Marquee Sydney will kick off November in style, bringing two premium world-class events to Sydney including Veuve Clicquot Yelloween and Moet & Chandon Melbourne Cup After Party and will play host to international DJs Roger Sanchez and Connor Cruise, in what is to be a huge month leading into the summer party season.
Leading Sydney’s spring social calendar in bewitching style, Friday 1 November will see the internationally acclaimed Veuve Clicquot Yelloween Halloween party return for a second year to Marquee, with a $3000 cash prize up for grabs for the most ghoulish costume. International house music heavyweight Roger Sanchez will take over Main Room as he performs hits such as his latest track My Roots.
On Saturday 2 November Ministry of Sound’s global resident DJ and producer Michael Woods will spin his signature electro-house tracks, including the number 1 hit produced with rapper Example, Changed the Way You Kiss Me, to celebrate the Official Australian Pre-ZoukOut party. Adding to the festivities is the chance to win a return trip for two to Singapore, along with Zouk Singapore’s resident DJ, Hong’s eclectic mix of beats.
Marquee’s Moet & Chandon Melbourne Cup After Party on Tuesday 5 November will see the bubbles flow long after the horse has bolted. Kicking off in Boom Box, the after party welcomes Irish-Australian electro house trifecta The Potbelleez. Forever remembered for their breakthrough number 1 single Don’t Hold Back, their new single Magic Number should also do the trick.
Connor Cruise will be showcasing his DJ talent at Marquee on Friday 8 November as part of his Australian tour. At just18, he’s performed at venues including Create in Los Angeles, Studio Paris in Chicago and Pacha, New York, and is making a mark on the EDM world while working alongside award-winning producers.
Currently ranked the number 3 DJ in Australia, Timmy Trumpet will blast in to Marquee on Saturday 9 November, currently riding the wave of his success on the Ibiza club circuit bringing his unique live trumpet solos alongside top international DJs.
A man of many talents, Didier Cohen, US-born actor, model and judge on the latest series of Australia’s Next Top Model, will style up Marquee’s Main Room on Friday 15 November.
Saturday 16 November welcomes French born DJ Goodwill, who has sold over 1 million mix CDs and attracted remix requests from the likes of Fedde Le Grand and The Presets. Brody Jenner, the spunky US actor and reality TV star- best-known for his roles on The Hills and Keeping Up with the Kardashians, will heat things up further that night with a special appearance at Marquee.
Contestant on So You Think You Can Dance in 2010 and ARIA-nominated performer, Timomatic will entertain party goers on Friday 22 November with tunes including his latest single Waterfalls.
On Saturday 23 November Marquee is excited to host Christian Luke on the decks. Christian has generated praise from international DJs such as David Guetta and played to packed out clubs across South America and Europe.

About Marquee – The Star, Sydney
Marquee is located on the entire top tier of The Star’s Pirrama Road harbour side entrance, commanding expansive views of Sydney Harbour and the city skyline.
